Why FIIs are Selling?

Don't Panic Badge

Why FIIs are suddenly loosing confidence in Indian companies? Is it because of unending corporate rivalry between two Ambani brothers? or is it due to rate cut war between Indian Telecom companies? or FIIs are suddenly begin to believe that near term Corporate earning growth would taper off. Strangely Indian MF are going buying spree. Except IT companies most of the recently published quarterly earning reports indicate that the profit growth are mainly due to cost cutting measures and Govt. bailout packages. Real growth are some time to come. How the market reacted to the Bonus news of Reliance was a early warning signal. The speed at which various support levels injects panic in the market and violation of stop-loss levels exerts pressure. Today’s fall clearly indicates even 4800 is a long-term target. Yesterday I indicated that market may again enter into 4800 zone within a week. But it would take some more time. As volatility increases, trading and prediction would be very difficult. Stop-loss and profit booking @ every resistance level would alone keep us alive in this uncertain times.
