Online ICICI bank netbanking password generation

Previously If you forgot your net banking password,  you need to visit the branch with a written request to reset password. It may take 15-30 days to get the passwords.  Now ICICI Bank has introduced a facility to quickly generate both the passwords.

1. Visit this page and give your User ID and Mobile No.  

On successful authentication, a unique 6-digit number will be sent to your registered mobile number. Validity of the number is only for 24 hours.

2. Then call 24 hours ICICI Bank Customer care

Select option 1 for Bank accounts & enter 16-digit Card number and its 4 digit PIN to clear card authentication

Select option 2-2-1-1 and enter unique 6 digit number received from ICICI Bank by SMS

Create 8 digit activation code (one time password) of your choice

Then Login with User ID & One time password created on IVR

Notes

 

1. This facility is currently available only for Savings Account Holders excluding Wealth Management/Global Private Clients & NRI customers. We will soon make this facility available to all Saving Account Holders of ICICI Bank.
2. This facility is available only for accounts registered for mobile banking. To Add/Update your Mobile Number please visit your nearest ICICI Bank branch.
3. To generate a transaction password, log in to www.icicibank.com and select 'Service Request' option at the left and click on link 'Online Password Generation'.
